We take all the necessary precautions to reduce food-borne illness.

• We are a made to order business, working only in small batches.
• Our raw, unpasteurized juice is intended to be consumed within 5 days from delivery.
• All of our ingredients are thoroughly inspected and washed before pressing, and are properly refrigerated.
• Our kitchen, state-of-the-art machinery, and tools (including our hands!) are sanitized frequently.
