Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may need to submit a few photos so we can check out what is going on. In most cases, we will replace the item with your next order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We do not offer any refunds, but instead we may offer a replacement.
